Where is the lost and found?

Accessible tickets can now be booked online with Ticketmaster our official ticketing partner.

To book accessibility tickets these can now be booked online. If you are able or have someone to assist you please visit our website, select the event you wish to see and click on ‘All Ticket Types’ to select your required seating (ambulant or wheelchair) and any companion tickets (if required).

All available seating will then display as on the interactive seating plan.

If you are unable to book online please send a request with seating requirements and contact details to access@ticketmaster.co.uk

All tickets are subject to a facility fee.

Already got your ticket? No worries we have got you covered.

Each show has its own upgrade option, this includes early entry, a welcome drink and access to one of our Premium Experience lounges.

Its never too late - Look out for our on the night upgrades!

What is EECU's bag policy?

We always try to include the most up to date information to the event pages on the website and in your important event information email that will come via your ticket point of purchase approx 5 days ahead of your event.

Please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment and to get through security and ticket checks.
