Ticket Office

The EECU Center Ticket Office is located on West Sloan Street on the north side of the facility, south of Memorial Stadium. 

The Ticket Office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m, and at 10:00 a.m. on event days. Will call pick up is available day of show with a valid ID. 

Refunds/Cancellations
For all events, the EECU Center has a no refunds or exchanges policy.

If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund at your original point of sale.

If you purchased your tickets through a third party resale site, you will need to contact that company directly for a refund.
